Improvements Coming to Personal Online Banking on January 23, 2010

New Features

Security Alerts

Are delivered to your Profile email address, as well as the Alerts Inbox within Online Banking when any of the following have been changed:

  • Password
  • Customer ID
  • Security Question
  • Email Address
  • Security has been reset
Transactional Alerts

Are optional and require enrollment within Online Banking. You will receive alert notifications for the following:

  • Balance Thresholds (above or below specified amounts)
  • Debits or Credits posted (above or below specified amounts)
  • Insufficient Funds
  • Overdraft Protection has been utilized
  • Daily Balance Summary

Customers may set up email address Contact Points for each alert. Alerts will be delivered to the specified email address as well as the Alerts Inbox within Online Banking.


Improved User Experience

Account Summary Page
  • Displays your Profile email address with an edit link to make changes easily.
  • Clearly displays new Messages or Alerts.
  • Provides your last Log In date and time.
Account Detail
  • Transactions are now shown with the most recent at the top of the list, so no need to scroll to see the most current transactions.
  • Check Images now appear with the front and back of the check on one page instead of two - for easier printing.
  • Deposit Images are now available and include the deposit slip and items deposited.
  • Last statement balance is now available on Credit Cards.
Funds Transfer
  • Arrange for either a single or recurring transfer from the same screen.
  • Pending and Completed transfers are now displayed on the same page in Transaction Activity.
Customer Service
  • Screen flows for customer service functions are smoother.
  • Go Paperless screen is less cluttered so it's much easier to know how to proceed.
